I. Recruitment Disciplines
Priority will be given to interdisciplinary scholars in FinTech, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, the Digital Economy, and related areas. Outstanding candidates from related disciplines—including Finance, Economics, and Accounting—are also welcome to apply.
II. Positions and Requirements
1. Distinguished Professor
Candidates should generally be under 55 years of age and have outstanding academic achievements, an international perspective, and significant influence and reputation in their research field. Applicants should have been selected for national-level leading talent or young talent programs.
2. Hundred Talents Program (Faculty Positions)
(1) Professor
Candidates should hold a tenure-track associate professor position or above at a well-known university or research institution in China, or hold a formal faculty appointment at a prestigious overseas university. Applicants should have research achievements at an internationally advanced level with recognized academic impact and influence. They should be able to independently develop a research direction and demonstrate academic standing and potential comparable to top peers of the same age cohort in the discipline.
(2) Associate Professor
Candidates should have more than two years of research experience at a well-known university or research institution in China or abroad. Applicants should have strong research achievements and demonstrate academic standing and potential comparable to top peers of the same age cohort in the discipline.
(3) Assistant Professor
Candidates should demonstrate strong research capability, innovation, a collaborative spirit, and excellent potential. Applicants should have produced impactful research outputs and demonstrate academic standing among leading peers of the same age cohort in the discipline.
(4) Age Requirements
Generally under 35 years of age (under 37 for female candidates). For candidates in Humanities and Social Sciences, generally under 40 years of age.
3. Tenure-Track Faculty
(1) A Ph.D. degree from a high-level university in China or abroad. Candidates should demonstrate high ethical standards, a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and strict adherence to academic integrity in teaching and research.
(2) Rank and Age (generally)
· Professor: strong academic achievements; generally under 45 years of age
· Associate Professor: solid research record; generally under 40 years of age
· Assistant Professor: strong research capability and potential; generally under 35 years of age
(3) Candidates should have systematic theoretical training and substantial research experience in relevant fields; be able to track major domestic and international academic developments; and be capable of proposing research topics with significant academic and/or practical value.
(4) Ability to teach both undergraduate- and graduate-level courses.
(5) Overseas study or work experience is preferred.

Notes:
The salary package of the “Hundred Talents Program” includes position allowance during the 6-year support period. Research start-up funds and other allowances are based on the actual amounts issued by Shenzhen; the "WeBank Outstanding Teacher Development Program" and "FinTech Outstanding Talent" position have a maximum support period of 6 years.
IV. Welfare and Support
1. The University provides transitional housing with rental subsidies. Eligible candidates may also benefit from Shenzhen talent housing policies (subject to government announcements), the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area preferential individual income tax policies, and convenient entry, exit, and residence policies.
2. The University provides comprehensive educational resources, medical services, sports funding, annual health check-ups, and meal subsidies.
