个人简介

深圳大学金融科技学院长聘副教授,硕士生导师,入选深圳市海外高层次人才。作为项目负责人主持了国家自然科学基金青年项目(后评估为优)、广东省社科规划一般项目、深圳市自然科学基金面上项目和微众荔园基金项目。以核心作者身份在高水平学术期刊如《Research Policy》(FT50, ABS 4*)、《Journal of Business Ethics》(FT50)、《Journal of World Business》(ABS 4)等发表论文20余篇。拥有丰富的教育教学经验,担任《战略管理》,《国际战略》,《创新管理》,《中国市场与经济》,《研究方法》及《专业英语》等本、硕士课程的主讲教师;并主持多个校级创新实践和研讨短课。此外,她作为项目责任人主持过多个省级和校级高等教育教学改革项目。
